We started in 1978 as Abe’s Appliances in Miami Beach, FL repairing appliances.  On July  9, 1982, Abe received his Florida air-conditioning Class B license (CAC023509) allowing us to install up to 25 tons of air-conditioning anywhere in the State of Florida.

In June 1986, we started the crane service lifting air-conditioners and refrigeration units.

In 1995, we started the manufacture of package units and split systems for the marine industry and have shipped units as far as Japan and Venezuela.  Our units are self-contained and super efficient. We were featured in the January 2003 issue of Power and Motoryacht magazine authored by Captain Bill Pyke named “Cool.”  http://powerandmotoryacht.com/features/0103cool/  

In August 2005, Abe received his Florida air-conditioning Class A license (CAC1815045) allowing us to install unlimited tonnage anywhere in the State of Florida.
